Ground and Sound is a warm, welcoming space where women gather to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with themselves from the inside out. Through gentle movement, voice work, visualization, and time spent with the natural world, you'll leave feeling more settled, more yourself, and more alive.
No experience necessary. No performance required. Just you, showing up exactly as you are.
In our two hours together, we'll:
Move our bodies in ways that release what we've been carrying
Use our voices to shake loose what words alone can't reach
